Who is Zazu?

Zazu is the private limited company Zazu B.V., with registered office at (1506 WC) Zaandam at Parkstraat 67, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 84690801.

Zazu is the data controller with regard to the processing of your personal data.

How does Zazu use your data?

Service delivery and customer management

Financial administration:

• Legal basis: Performance of the contract

Order and quote management:

• Data: Name and address details, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number, order number, VAT number

• Legal basis: Performance of the contract

• Retention period: As long as necessary for this purpose

Handling inquiries and complaints:

• Data: Name and address details, email address, phone number, content of the inquiry or complaint

• Legal basis: Performance of the contract

• Retention period: As long as necessary for this purpose

Website and analytics

Website analytics:

• Data: Anonymized visitor statistics (no personal data)

• Legal basis: Legitimate interest (improving website)

• Retention period: Not applicable (no personal data)

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics platform that does not place cookies and does not collect personal data. You are not tracked outside our website.

Contact form and quote requests:

• Data: Name, email address, phone number, message content, project details

• Legal basis: Performance of the contract / consent

• Retention period: As long as necessary for this purpose

How do we obtain your personal data?

Zazu has data about you because you have provided that data to us, for example via the contact form, quote request, telephone contact, or email.
